Register your EasyCard in 4 easy steps

Step 1

Sign into your online account. Have your mobile handy for the next step, too. Don't have an online account yet? Sign up now! You can register your EasyCard at the same time.

Step 2

Enter your EasyCard account number, then tap 'Register'. We'll send a text message with a 6 digit authorisation code to the mobile number linked to your EasyCard. If you don't receive a text message with your code, call us on 0800 SMITHS (764 847)

Step 3

Enter your 6 digit authorisation code. This code helps us verify that your EasyCard is only being access by you, keeping your account safe and secure.

Step 4

You're all done! Your EasyCard is registered online - and you know what that means? You're ready to shop online with your EasyCard. Just look for the EasyCard payment option at the checkout. Nice one.

Bonus Step!

Check your EasyCard balances in your dashboard. With your EasyCard linked to your online account, your available credit and account balance at at your fingertips whenever you want them!

To see your available credit and current account balance, just visit your account dashboard and look for your EasyCard details.

Unfortunately not. To register your EasyCard online, you'll need to have an account on our website, and it's not possible to sign up without an email address.


"If I register my EasyCard online, will you still send me a statement each month?"

We sure will. Registering your EasyCard online won't change how you receive your monthly statements.
